Why MOPFY exists

A cleaning company is a scheduling business. The work is recurring, it happens inside someone's home or office, and it depends on the right crew showing up at the right address at the right time with the right instructions.

Most small and mid-sized cleaning companies run that operation on paper calendars, group chats and spreadsheets. Information lives in one person's phone. A cancellation reaches the crew late. An invoice is forgotten. A customer is not told that the team is running behind.

MOPFY exists to put that operation in one place: the schedule, the teams, the customer record, the agreements, the invoices and the messages to the customer.

How we work

We are a small, direct team. We build the platform ourselves, we support it ourselves, and the people who answer the phone are the people who write the software. The platform is in active development and is being rolled out to its first customers in Florida.

We charge cleaning companies a subscription for the platform. We do not sell customer data, we do not run advertising, and we do not share anyone's phone number or messaging consent with third parties for marketing.

Where we are going

Our roadmap is set by the companies using the product: online payments, deeper reporting, and a richer mobile experience for the crews in the field. If you run a cleaning company and something is missing, tell us — that is how the feature list gets written.
