Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 23, 2026. This policy explains how MOPFY LLC collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
1. Who we are
MOPFY LLC ("MOPFY", "we", "us") is a Florida limited liability company located at Florida, United States. We provide management software to residential and commercial cleaning companies.
This policy covers our website at mopfy.com and the MOPFY platform at app.mopfy.com.
2. Two kinds of people in this policy
- Our customers: cleaning companies that subscribe to the platform, and their staff who log in to it.
- Their customers: the homeowners and businesses that hire those cleaning companies. Their information is entered into the platform by the cleaning company, which decides what is stored and for how long. In that relationship we act as a service provider on the cleaning company's behalf.
3. What personal information we collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4. How we use personal information
- To provide and operate the platform, including scheduling and appointment notifications.
- To send transactional messages by text message and email — confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, invoices, payment receipts and customer service replies.
- To create and send estimates, service agreements and invoices.
- To answer questions and provide customer support.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and investigate incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
5. Text messaging and consent
Text messages are sent only to people who have given consent to receive them, collected on a written or electronic form, through our contact form, or by request to the cleaning company. Every message identifies MOPFY and the cleaning company it is sent on behalf of, and every message can be stopped by replying STOP.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share SMS opt-in data with anyone for their own marketing.

6. Who we share information with
- The cleaning company you hired. Your service information is visible to the company that provides your cleaning, according to the roles it assigns to its staff.
- Service providers that help us operate the platform: server hosting, text message delivery, email delivery and payment processing. They receive only what they need to perform their function and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Legal authorities, when we are required to by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not share personal information with data brokers, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. How long we keep it
Account and service records are kept while the cleaning company's account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. Records of text messaging consent and opt-outs are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
8. How we protect it
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Sensitive fields, such as access credentials for third-party services, are encrypted at rest. Access inside the platform is limited by role, and each cleaning company's data is isolated from every other company's data.
9. Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or write to us.
- Email: transactional emails about your service can be turned off by asking your cleaning company or writing to us.
- Access, correction and deletion: you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If the information was entered by a cleaning company, we will forward your request to that company and assist it in responding.
- No discrimination: we will not deny service or charge a different price because you exercised these rights.
Write to adm@mopfy.com with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.
10. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The platform at app.mopfy.com uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and an optional cookie that remembers display preferences such as the layout of a list.
11. Children
The platform is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting text messaging will also be announced to the cleaning companies using the platform.
