Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 23, 2026. These terms govern the use of the MOPFY website and platform, and include our SMS Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By using mopfy.com or the MOPFY platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MOPFY LLC provides web-based management software for cleaning companies: scheduling, team and employee management, customer records, estimates, service agreements, invoices and customer messaging. Features may change as the platform develops.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created for cleaning companies and their staff. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the platform to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or unsolicited messages.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to store or share.
  • Do not attempt to access another company's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or interfere with its operation.
  • Companies using the platform are responsible for obtaining consent from their own customers before any text message is sent to them.

5. Fees

The platform is provided on a subscription basis. Prices, billing periods and included limits are those presented to the subscribing company at sign-up. Fees are charged in United States dollars.

6. Customer data

Data entered by a cleaning company belongs to that company. We process it to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not sell it. On request, we will provide an export of a company's data or delete it, subject to legal retention obligations.

7. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS from a web form, an intake form, or another medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from MOPFY LLC, sent on behalf of the cleaning company you hired. These messages include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Schedule changes and arrival updates
  • Account notifications, invoices and payment receipts
  • Customer service communications

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for help, or visit mopfy.com. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Third-party services

The platform relies on third parties for hosting, message delivery and payment processing. Their availability is outside our control, and interruptions on their side may affect the service.

9. Intellectual property

The MOPFY software, name, logo and website content are owned by MOPFY LLC. Using the service does not transfer any ownership. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the software.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOPFY LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

A subscribing company may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or for which fees are unpaid. On termination we will make the company's data available for export for a reasonable period.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in the State of Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
