MOPFY is a web application used by the office staff of a cleaning company, with a mobile view for the crews in the field. Below is what is in the platform today.

Every cleaning on one calendar.
Jobs are created once and repeat on the frequency the customer agreed to — weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks or one-time. Each day shows the teams working and what they are assigned to.

The customer record the whole team works from.
Contact details, service addresses, entry instructions, pets, parking, photos and notes. Sensitive fields — such as door codes — are only visible to the people whose role allows it.

Built around how the work actually happens.
Teams
Teams are the unit of work. Each has a color on the calendar, its own members and its own workload for the day. Coverage changes on one day do not rewrite the employee's usual team.
Field app
A phone-sized view for the crew: today's jobs, the address, the service checklist, clock-in and clock-out, and photos of the finished work.
Estimates
An estimate is sent as a private link. The customer opens it, reads the scope and the price, and accepts or declines — no account, no password.
Service agreements
Recurring work can carry a written agreement, signed online through the same kind of private link and stored with the customer record.
Invoices
Invoices are generated from completed cleanings and extra items, emailed or printed as PDF, corrected when needed, and marked paid on receipt.
Roles and permissions
An owner, an office manager and a cleaner see different things. Financial data and entry codes are gated by role, not by trust.
